A leak above a sort line or loading dock can interrupt a shift even when the wet area is small. Distribution-center roof work has to account for dock doors, conveyor paths, stored goods, and the timing of inbound and outbound loads. We map the roof zone to the interior operation before proposing an opening or material drop. A warehouse roof plan has similar concerns, but a sort operation adds its own access and shift handoffs. Anaheim Canyon is a named business district, and Santa Ana’s 55 Freeway/Dyer Road area includes office-industrial flex uses. Those are regional context; each facility’s schedule and roof construction control the sequence.
